This event will be held at the headquarters of a project called Camel Charisma, in collaboration with Dr. Ilse Köhler-Rollefson. We will work mainly with Buffalo milk, but will also learn about camels and their special milk.

The 5 days of instruction plus all meals and lodging on the campus are only 600$ USD.
